Back in the Day ya could go Palmen Chrysler/Dodge get ya a brand new Jeep or Ram truck like 15/20 grand..

Back then a "Starter" Home around here cost like $40/50 large ...

Today that new pickup or jeep runs 50/60 Large..

That "Starter Home" Fixer Upper now ann"Estate" looking at like a quarter million bucks a dumpy house in the "Crack Ghetto"..

Let me tell ya folks something..

Our "Federal Reserve" and Treasury kept INTEREST RATES almost ZERO a Decade..

All that "Free Money" needed somewhere 2 Go..

Those had the $$$ put it all in Houses and Stock Market brought it 2 "Nose Bleed" Levels..
